But today I see things a little differently. The scale of the company does not mean adding more people to the payroll. In a small, firmly tangled team, it can achieve the same, if not more than big, especially if you are smart about how you walk.
When I founded my latest society, Breat, we wanted to build something incident without getting into a flawed typical growing bread that came with quick hiring. The big question we constantly asked ourselves was: How do we make the most of the small team?

Why bigger is not always better
Many startups are caught in the idea that more people are equal to greater success. But how close you get, how it can. How to make a big impact with a small team
So how do you change the company without throwing the number of employees into the air? One of the key strategies my team used is automation. My co -founders and I have also learned to be selective about the projects we take. It is impossible to do everything with a small team, so we focus on initiatives that are in line with our strengths and goals.
Small teams, large results
